I'm Mark Arend, the owner of Arend Remodeling LLC. I have over 40 years of experience in the remodeling and home repair business. I have a B.A. in Mathematics and Music from the College of St. Thomas, in St. Paul, MN. Arend Remodeling was started as "Arend and Sons" in 1976 by my father, Paul, and has operated continuously full-time ever since. The company name was changed in 1999 with the retirement of my dad.
I am based in Arden Hills, and work primarily in the northeastern suburbs of the Twin Cities Metro area.
I have stayed busy for over 40 years, with almost no advertising, by providing great service at a fair price – a price that enables me to do an exceptional job for you and is industry-competitive. I seek to earn a fair wage, and give you the best value for your dollar. My top priority is your satisfaction.
Arend Remodeling LLC is fully licensed and insured. I am licensed as a Residential Building Contractor in Minnesota --MN License # BC004660 -- and so am able to do both remodeling and homebuilding. I am also an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Renovator, able to deal with lead paint issues in renovation, repair, and painting.
